How many sessions will I need?
Brow PMU usually takes 2–4 sessions, lash line 2–3. Amateur tattoos take 3–6 sessions, professional ones 6–10, colour tattoos 8 or more. We give a more precise estimate after an assessment and a test pulse.
Does it hurt?
It feels like a rubber band snapping against the skin. A brow session takes 10–15 minutes. Most clients describe it as tolerable.
Will it leave scars?
A laser with correctly chosen settings does not destroy the skin — it breaks up the pigment. The risk of scarring comes from skipping aftercare, picking scabs or having sessions closer together than the artist recommends.
Laser or remover — which is better?
Black, grey and brown pigments respond best to the laser. Red, pink, skin-tone and white pigments often need a remover, because under a laser they can darken. Sometimes the best result comes from combining both. We choose the method after the assessment.
Can you remove only part of my PMU?
Yes. We often remove only the tails, an edge or a blurred outline so the shape can be corrected later. The studio's artist does permanent makeup herself, so she sees right away what to remove and what can stay.
When can I get new permanent makeup?
Not earlier than 4–6 weeks after the last removal session, once the skin has fully healed. You can get the new PMU here at ANITA SPACE.
What happens to my brow hairs after the laser?
The hairs may lighten slightly — this is temporary, they grow back in their natural colour. The laser does not damage the hair follicles.
