Laser removal1. Who processes the data
The data controller is sole proprietor (FOP) Hanna Maslova (Маслова Ганна Вікторівна), operating ANITA SPACE studio (Anita Space Laser). Studio address: 126 Soborna St, Irpin, Kyiv region, Ukraine. Contacts: +38 (050) 193-50-73, [email protected].
We process data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
2. What data we receive
- From request forms: name, phone number, chosen service, comment, preferred way of contact.
- From the "Photo assessment" form: additionally, photos of the area you want removed.
- Technical data: the page the request was sent from and anonymised visit statistics (if Google Analytics is enabled).
We don't ask for or collect passport details, card details or health information through the website. Health questions are discussed in person at the consultation.
3. Why we use the data
- to contact you, answer your questions and book a procedure;
- to assess your PMU or tattoo from photos and advise on the method;
- to improve the website using anonymised statistics.
We don't send marketing messages without your separate consent and never sell data to third parties.
4. Photos
Photos sent for assessment are used only for the consultation. We don't publish them on the website or social media without your separate written consent.
5. Who receives the data
To run the forms and the website we use services that process data on our behalf:
- FormSubmit — delivering requests to our email;
- Telegram — notifying the artist of a new request;
- Google (Gmail, Google Maps, YouTube, Google Analytics) — email, map, video and statistics;
- Cloudflare — website hosting.
Some of these services may store data on servers outside Ukraine.
6. How long we keep data
Requests and photos are kept for no longer than 12 months after your last contact if you didn't become our client. Client data is kept for the duration of the course and up to 3 years after it, so we can see the removal history. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.
7. Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw your consent and to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
8. Cookies
The website may use cookies for visit statistics and embedded services (map, video). You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the website works without them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
